Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in insulated packaging to protect the matcha from heat during transit. Each package is carefully wrapped to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery status through the courier’s website.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you receive a damaged product, please contact us at hello@ukiyomatcha.my and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
