Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

All purchases made through Ukiyo Matcha (operated by Ukiyo Matcha Enterprise) are final. Due to the nature of our product (food-grade matcha powder), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

2. Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ukiyomatcha.my with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

3. Incorrect orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.

4. Order cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
